Elina Networks increases physical reach to 500+ locations in India through Omnitech

Elina's products securely network hundreds of retail stores and stock broking offices across India. Through Omnitech, Elina now has a physical presence for installation and priority support across 500+ locations in India. Omnitech's engineers in the field complement Elina's network specialists who provide remote support from Elina's NOC in Bangalore.

Elina's retail customers such as Spencer's Retail & Planet-M and broking customers like Motilal Oswal & Anand Rathi have hundreds of locations spread all over India. Using the ENPAQ Unified Gateway, these companies have securely and reliably interconnected their locations using VPN over broadband. At each location, Elina's customers control and secure their Internet link usage, and get 100% WAN uptime with auto-failover. Elina's remote support framework enables customers to manage all their remote locations with no on-site IT staff.

However IT staff must be physically present at critical times if the network is down thus preventing remote support. Omnitech's field engineers are, in these cases, Elina's extended physical arm. These engineers quickly reach the customer location, and in tandem with Elina's network specialists and NOC, ensure that the customer's network is up and running with the least possible downtime.
