Aravind has a Masters degree in Sales, Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Madras and a Bachelors degree in Physics from Madras Christian College, Chennai.

Shekar is Chief Executive Officer of Elina Networks. Shekar brings over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. Most recently, Shekar was part of the Asia-Pacific Sales leadership team at NetApp and was responsible for its OEM business. Prior to this Shekar was the General Manager of NetApp India Operations. Shekar co-founded Allegro Networks in California, USA and was responsible for product operations. Shekar was part of the inception team at Xylan and was instrumental in its successful IPO in 1996. Shekar started and ran Xylan's operation in India and later worked at Alcatel as Managing Director of the India operations through its acquisition of Xylan.Previously, Shekar held various individual, team lead and management roles in software development. Shekar has also been an Enterpeneur in Residence at Thomas Weisel Venture partners.
Srinivasa co-founded Elina and is responsible for building and managing high-caliber engineering team. Most recently, he was at Tejas Networks driving the kernel and OS group and responsible for STM-16 cross-connect platform. Prior to that, he was at Ciena Corporation working on various systems handling data communication and networking components. Srinivasa holds several patents in the area of networking and management of telecom systems.
Aravind has over 13 years of experience in the IT Industry. He last worked with IBM, India where he was the Country Sales manager for the Infrastructure networking business which included Juniper, Nortel and Avaya for the ISA region and prior to this was responsible for the IT services business for South India and Sri Lanka regions. Before IBM he was a Business Development Manager with Cisco in India and also had a 6 year stint with Network Solution, an Indian IT company in the System Integration and Solutions space handing various Sales management positions.
Prasanna has been part of Elina's core team for 5 years. He has been instrumental in both product and customer development, having been one of product architects for the original version of the product and the first technical sales person for the company. Since then Prasanna has been doing solutioning for complex customer requirements. Elina kick-started it's marketing activities in 2009 with Prasanna leading the effort as Elina's Product Evangelist. Prior to this Prasanna was at Tejas Networks in the Core Products Group working on the STM-16 platform.
